You may cancel your Summit Digital service or subscription by submitting written notice before the start of your next billing cycle or renewal period. Cancellations received after a billing cycle has started may not qualify for a refund and may be subject to fees as outlined in your service agreement or project terms.
If your access to Summit Digital services is suspended or terminated due to a breach of our Terms of Service or contractual obligations, no refunds or credits will be issued for any remaining or unused portion of the service.
Upon cancellation or termination, account-related data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to back up or download any relevant assets, reports, or deliverables prior to account closure.
Summit Digital reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service tier, feature, or offering at any time. Refunds related to such changes will only be granted if specifically stated in a separate written agreement.
