Summit Digital offers premium design, development, and marketing services delivered through clearly defined project scopes and service agreements. Unless explicitly stated in a signed contract, all service fees, project deposits, and platform access costs are non-refundable once service delivery has commenced or digital assets have been provided.
If you believe you’ve been billed in error or overcharged, please contact our support team at info@summitdigital.cc. All refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis and may be granted solely at the discretion of Summit Digital.
We reserve the right to modify pricing, service tiers, or fees at any time. Changes will only apply to future billing periods or new agreements, and will not affect fees already invoiced or paid.
In cases of account suspension or termination due to a breach of our Terms of Service or project agreement, no refunds or credits will be issued for unused services.
Summit Digital does not offer refunds or compensation for delays, changes in scope, or service interruptions unless otherwise specified in a formal written agreement.
