Fulfillment Policy
At Digital Dynamix, we are committed to providing high-quality digital and printed products with efficient fulfillment and delivery processes. Please review our policies below regarding refunds, returns, shipping, and cancellations.
Refund Policy
Customers can request a refund within 7 days after receiving their goods or products, provided the items are in original condition. Once work has begun on a website, including the approval of digital proofs and project milestones, a refund of 75% of the project fee may be issued.
We do not offer refunds on custom-printed goods. It is the responsibility of the customer to review and approve proofsbefore printing or manufacturing to prevent errors.
Shipping or Delivery Policy
Completed orders requiring shipping are sent via Canada Post Xpresspost and are generally fulfilled within 48 hours of order completion. Please note that delivery times are subject to Canada Post’s terms and fulfillment schedule, and we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
At this time, Digital Dynamix only offers delivery within Canada.
Return Policy and Process
Customized and printed products cannot be returned. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving digital proofs before production to ensure the accuracy of the final product. Any errors in manufacturing that result from approved proofs will not be eligible for return or refund.
A 10% restocking fee will be charged for returns of any non-customized or non-printed goods that can be returned.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled at any time before products are shipped, work has commenced on a website or project, or digital proofs have been approved. Once fulfillment or development has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.
