For web or design projects: once work has commenced or digital proofs have been approved, a 75% refund may be issued.
No refunds are available for custom printed goods.
Physical goods are shipped via Canada Post Xpresspost, typically within 48 hours of order completion.
Shipping is currently available within Canada only. Delivery timelines are subject to Canada Post’s terms.
Customized or printed products are non-returnable.
A 10% restocking fee applies to approved returns of non-custom goods.
Customers are responsible for approving digital proofs before production; approved errors are not eligible for return.
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment, production, or the start of development.
Once fulfillment or development has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.
